NOHRD Resistance Tubes Set of 4

Set of NOHRD Resistance Tubes

The set consists of 4 resistance cords with different resistance levels, allowing you to gradually adjust the intensity of your workouts and muscle load. Each cord is marked with its own color, with resistance increasing as the color becomes darker:

White cord 10 lbs (4.5 kg), Light gray cord 20 lbs (9.1 kg), Dark gray cord 40 lbs (18.1 kg), Black cord 50 lbs (22.6 kg)

The cords are made from an elastic material that provides smooth and consistent resistance. Thanks to the carabiners attached to both ends, the cords can be quickly installed and exchanged, creating a variety of training configurations used for strength, functional, mobility, and general fitness exercises.

Compatibility

The resistance cords are part of the standard equipment included with the NOHRD StepBox and the NOHRD StepTower. These devices feature dedicated attachment points for the carabiners located at the ends of the cords. Therefore, if you purchase only the cords, you must ensure that you have a suitable place to secure them within your training space. Both the StepBox and StepTower also come equipped with handles that are essential for exercising with the cords. These handles are available for separate purchase in our store under the name NOHRD SlimBeam handles, although, as you can see, they offer a wider range of applications than their name suggests.

NOHRD CONNECT

The NOHRD Connect app offers a wide selection of training videos, making it the perfect tool for workouts using NOHRD equipment. Whether you're planning a workout using multiple NOHRD devices or prefer working with a single piece of equipment, NOHRD Connect provides essential support, enabling the achievement of set training goals.

Thanks to the app, users have the opportunity to participate in training sessions led by experienced instructors, which ensures correct exercise execution and safety during workouts. NOHRD Connect is particularly useful for people who do not have access to devices with integrated monitors, as it offers interactive training sessions that can be followed using one's own smartphone or tablet. Thus, the app is an ideal solution for both advanced users of NOHRD equipment and beginners just starting their training journey.
