NOHRD StudioLine Leg Press machine Oak with monitor

NOHRD StudioLine Leg Press Oak with monitor

NOHRD StudioLine Leg Press is a professional machine designed for intensive lower-body training. With dimensions of 236 × 101 × 172 cm and a weight of 236 kg, the extensive construction provides high stability when working with heavy loads. The elongated shape of the machine comes from its massive frame, which provides the right amount of space for the exercise, creating a leg-training station ready for both professional facilities and demanding private spaces.

The Leg Press is classified in accordance with the ISO 20957 standard, class S + I, meaning it is suited for use in professional sports facilities such as gyms, hotel fitness areas or corporate training spaces. The construction, built for regular, intensive use, also provides a large reserve of durability in home conditions. The Oak version features elements crafted from solid oak, whose natural structure gives the machine an individual look. Oak wood combined with high-quality metal components creates an elegant form, allowing the Leg Press to blend harmoniously into demanding private interiors too.

The ergonomic seat stabilises the pelvis, helping to maintain a neutral spine position, while the inclined path of the seat, which moves along guide rails, helps reduce strain on the knees and lower back. The large platform allows for various foot positions, making it possible to adapt the character of the exercise to individual needs and engage specific muscle groups. The range of motion can additionally be limited by adjusting the seat position, which makes it easier to adapt the machine to limited mobility or joint sensitivity.

Integrated training monitor

The training monitor gives clear access to the key information about the current session and lets the user keep track of, among other things, workout progress and the number of repetitions completed.

Two training modes are available: Quick Start and Exercises. Exercises mode lets users choose from the exercises available on the machine, and after answering a few questions about themselves, the system can suggest a suitable training load. The monitor then helps establish an individual range of motion based on the repetitions performed.

During the exercise, the user's movement is displayed and tracked on screen, while the system monitors whether the set range of motion is being achieved, counts the repetitions performed and shows movement accuracy as a percentage. A session summary is displayed once the exercise is complete.

The interface has been designed for simple, fast operation. This matters most in commercial spaces, where one machine is used by a succession of different users, but it works just as brilliantly in a private home gym.

The monitors on every StudioLine machine share a consistent interface and way of working, creating a unified training environment across the whole fitness area - though if a space calls for a more minimalist look, a version without a monitor is also available to purchase.

Training capabilities

The Leg Press focuses training primarily on the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves. The large platform makes it possible to change foot positioning, allowing the engagement of specific muscle groups to be modified and the position adapted to individual needs.

The inclined movement path and stable body support make it possible to perform a controlled movement under heavy load, without the need to stabilise the weight independently. The ability to limit the range of motion makes it easier to adapt the exercise to the user's current mobility, and the smooth operation of the weight stack provides even resistance throughout the entire range of motion.

The weight stack offers a maximum training load of 124 kg at a 1:1 ratio. The load can be adjusted from 10 to 124 kg, using 10 kg increments across the first part of the range and 12 kg increments above 40 kg. This allows training intensity to be increased gradually and the resistance matched to the current strength level.

The NOHRD StudioLine range of training machines

NOHRD StudioLine is a collection of professional strength machines with weight stacks, built for regular use in the most demanding commercial environments. The range covers training for both the upper and lower body, making it possible to put together a complete training zone without relying solely on free weights.

Every machine has been designed with a specific purpose in mind, providing control, comfort and quick weight adjustment. This means the equipment can be used by people at very different levels of experience, and using it requires no special preparation before training.

Another hallmark of StudioLine is its compact, upright construction, which makes efficient use of the available floor space and allows a professional training zone to be created even where room is limited.

The distinctive design of the NOHRD StudioLine range

StudioLine is a world apart from the typical machines found in fitness clubs. Matte metal frames, high-quality upholstery, precise detailing and solid wood elements create a consistent aesthetic across the whole collection. This means NOHRD equipment can become part of a carefully designed interior, rather than functioning purely as technical gear. NOHRD StudioLine is used in settings including hotels, spa areas, corporate spaces, private fitness clubs and luxury home gyms.

NOHRD places great importance on materials and the way they are finished. The wood used in the equipment comes from certified, responsibly managed forestry, and an oiled surface helps protect the wooden elements from dirt while highlighting their natural grain.

For a complete training studio fit-out, it is also possible to create an individual Custom Fitness Design configuration - from the wood finish and the colour of the metal components to bespoke Refined by Ya'Fabrik upholstery, with a choice of patterns, materials and colours, as well as an individually tailored look for the equipment's software and interface. This makes it possible to match the equipment to the character of the whole space and create the gym of your dreams. Please get in touch for details and an individual quote.
