NOHRD StudioLine Dead Lift was built as a genuine professional machine, ready to perform in demanding commercial environments. With dimensions of 131 × 95 × 170 cm and a weight of 159 kg, the construction delivers high stability while keeping a compact, upright footprint. This design makes it possible to make efficient use of the available space. As a result, a professional deadlift training station can be set up even where a classic free-weight zone would take up far more floor space.

The machine is classified in accordance with the ISO 20957 standard, class S + I, intended for equipment used in professional sports facilities and venues where access and supervision are regulated by the operator. This is the right standard for places where equipment has to withstand regular, intensive use. The same durability matters just as much in private settings: equipment built for continuous commercial-grade operation provides a considerable reserve of durability, which means that under significantly lighter home use it can go on serving for many more years. The Oak version features elements crafted from solid oak, giving the machine a natural, refined character that underlines the NOHRD aesthetic. The slender frame,  high-quality metal components and oak wood combine to create a distinctive look that allows the Dead Lift to become an integral part of any interior.

The integrated platform provides stability and makes it easy to take up the correct starting position, while the dual handles let each user choose the grip variant that best suits their individual preferences. The Dead Lift makes it possible to perform one of the most demanding strength exercises in a structured, controlled environment. Integrated training monitor

The training monitor gives clear access to the key information about the current session and lets the user keep track of, among other things, workout progress and the number of repetitions completed.

Two training modes are available: Quick Start and Exercises. Exercises mode lets users choose from the exercises available on the machine, and after answering a few questions about themselves, the system can suggest a suitable training load. The monitor then helps establish an individual range of motion based on the repetitions performed.

During the exercise, the user's movement is displayed and tracked on screen, while the system monitors whether the set range of motion is being achieved, counts the repetitions performed and shows movement accuracy as a percentage. A session summary is displayed once the exercise is complete.

The interface has been designed for simple, fast operation. This matters most in commercial spaces, where one machine is used by a succession of different users, but it works just as brilliantly in a private home gym.

The monitors on every StudioLine machine share a consistent interface and way of working, creating a unified training environment across the whole fitness area - though if a space calls for a more minimalist look, a version without a monitor is also available to purchase.

Training capabilities

The deadlift engages several large muscle groups at once. The Dead Lift machine focuses the work primarily on the legs, glutes and lower back, while the core muscles are responsible for stabilisation throughout the movement.

The guided construction provides a controlled movement path, allowing effort to be focused on the target muscle groups. This solution works equally well for building strength and for the regular training of users at any experience level.

The weight stack offers a maximum training load of 100 kg at a 1:1 cable ratio. The selected weight is felt directly during the exercise, and 5 kg increments allow training intensity to be increased gradually.
