NOHRD Coreformer pilates reformer Vintage Oak

NOHRD Coreformer Vintage - luxury Pilates reformer

NOHRD Coreformer Vintage is a professional premium Pilates reformer, featuring a precisely crafted construction, smooth and virtually silent operation , and a finish made from natural oak wood. Coreformer was designed for controlled full-body training and developing strength, stability and mobility.

Coreformer stands out with its wide and extended surface, refined ergonomics and high-quality craftsmanship, characteristic of NOHRD products. Every element of the equipment has been designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, allowing Coreformer to harmoniously complement any type of interior.

Smooth Movement and Precise Resistance

At the heart of the Coreformer is a resistance system containing six springs made of stainless steel, including three high-resistance springs, two medium-resistance springs and one light-resistance spring. The different resistance levels allow the load to be progressively adjusted and the resistance tailored to the specific exercise and the user's level of advancement.

The platform moves on 12 guide rollers, providing even, smooth and exceptionally quiet movement. The construction has been designed to minimise unwanted resistance and allow the user to focus on what matters most during training, namely movement control, stabilisation, appropriate pace and proper technique.

The wide and extended platform surface provides ample space for performing a variety of exercises. At both ends of the equipment, additional static platforms are also located, allowing for an expanded range of exercises, while the soft surfaces of each platform improve comfort during exercises performed in any position.

Foldable Supports and Functional Design

Coreformer is equipped with adjustable bars positioned at both ends of the equipment, which can be set in four different positions. This allows you to adjust their position to the user's height and the exercise being performed.

The bars can be completely folded down, creating a single line with the platform, or raised above the surface of the equipment, providing a stable support point. The adjustment mechanism is equipped with a safety lock to prevent accidental changes in position, and adjustment is possible on both sides.

The thoughtfully designed Coreformer also features integrated accessory storage, allowing additional training accessories to be stored directly in the equipment, without the need for additional racks or storage compartments.

Comprehensive Full-Body Training

Coreformer has been designed as a versatile tool for controlled full-body training. Adjustable spring resistance and a wide range of possible positions allow you to gradually increase exercise intensity and adapt the workout to different levels of experience.

Training on the Coreformer can include stabilisation and strengthening of the deep muscles, strength training, mobility, coordination, balance and muscular endurance. Exercises engage the muscles of the core as well as the legs, glutes, back, shoulders and arms.

Movement control is an essential part of the workout. Properly selected resistance, smooth platform movement and the ability to adjust the position of the supports allow you to gradually increase the demands placed on the body without relying solely on high loads during training.

Wood and Craftsmanship

The Vintage finish version features oak wood, whose colour and natural grain pattern give each piece of equipment a unique, elegant appearance. The wood is not merely a decorative element, as NOHRD pays particular attention to selecting materials based on their functional properties and durability.

Every Coreformer is handcrafted at the NOHRD factory in Germany. The precision of machine processing is combined with the work of experienced craftsmen, who are responsible for the finishing and inspection of individual components. It is this combination of technology and traditional craftsmanship that helps maintain the premium quality characteristic of the brand.

Heartcore™, the Method Behind Coreformer

Coreformer was specifically designed for Heartcore™, a training method developed in 2007. For over 18 years, the method has been developed and refined, combining the principles of Pilates with progressive strength training, mobility and a holistic approach to working with the body. Heartcore™ is based on controlled movement, precision, stabilisation, appropriately selected intensity and gradual strength development. The method is suitable for both beginners and more experienced users, allowing the demands to increase as fitness develops.

The Heartcore™ method has already been used in more than 3 million training sessions, which is why the design and functions of Coreformer are based on it. It is therefore not merely a piece of equipment for performing individual Pilates exercises. It is part of a complete training system, in which the equipment's design, adjustable resistance and the way exercises are performed are all aligned with a specific movement philosophy.

Coreformer Studio, Step-by-Step Guided Training

An addition to the equipment is CoreformerStudio.com, a digital training platform based on the Heartcore™ method. The platform provides access to a workout library covering different intensity levels and different areas of training, from mobility to strength training.

The programs are designed to support progressive development of strength and fitness, while the available content includes both workouts for beginners and more demanding sessions for advanced users. The platform also offers dynamic, multi-week training programs that help maintain structure and consistency in training.

The Coreformer Studio library is actively expanded with new content, allowing training to evolve alongside the user's progress.

Designed for Professional Training

Thanks to its large surface, adjustable supports, six springs with different resistance levels and smooth platform movement, Coreformer allows for comprehensive full-body training. Exercises can engage, among others: deep muscles, legs, glutes, back, shoulders and arms. The equipment's weight of 152 kg provides high stability during exercise, while the maximum user weight of 200 kg ensures that the equipment is suitable for both home and professional use.

Care and Maintenance

Coreformer has been designed for simple and hassle-free use. It does not require complicated maintenance procedures, regular lubrication or additional adjustment of the mechanism. To maintain its aesthetic appearance and proper operation for a long time, the main requirements are keeping the equipment clean and providing basic care for its surfaces.

The most important thing is to remove dirt such as dust or sweat after training on a regular basis. Wooden elements can simply be wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth, while the upholstery can be cleaned with water and a small amount of mild soap or a pH-neutral cleaning product. Avoid aggressive chemicals, bleach, alcohol and essential oils, and do not apply cleaning products directly to the upholstery. That is essentially all Coreformer needs on a daily basis. Simple care helps preserve all of the equipment's properties for years to come.
